Bon Appetit: Recipe Sharing Android App

A community-driven recipe platform: users authenticate, create and share recipes, save favourites into collections, and rate and review what others post. Built iteratively with user testing between releases.

The security-relevant part is access control. Firebase defaults to open test-mode rules, so any app with user-generated content needs scoped read and write rules written deliberately.
